Honigman Miller Schwartz and Cohn LLP has welcomed David E. Koropp as a partner in the firm’s Litigation Practice. He joins the firm’s Chicago office, along with Ilan Napchan, from Winston & Strawn.
Koropp focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation, including antitrust, class action, and patent litigation matters. He has over 26 years of experience, representing corporations in a wide variety of industries in cases involving patent tying, exclusive dealing, and illegal price fixing under the Sherman and Clayton Acts.
