Antitrust Law Daily Wrap Up, LAW FIRM NEWS: Holland & Knight adds antitrust partner Jon Shepherd, (Aug 25, 2015)

Global law firm Holland & Knight LLP has bolstered its litigation practice with the addition of antitrust attorney Jon G. Shepherd as a partner in the firm’s Dallas office. He joins from Alston & Bird.

In addition to his focus on antitrust litigation, Shepherd also represents companies involved in class actions, financial services litigation, and deceptive and unfair trade practices claims. His experience includes representing a cellular tower operator in antitrust and Lanham Act litigation; defending a commercial bakery in civil and criminal litigation of allegations it conspired to fix prices for bread products; and representing a large chemical company in its challenge to the alleged monopolistic practices of several multinational corporations in the plastics manufacturing industry.
