Antitrust attorney Olav A. Haazen, PhD has joined national litigation boutique, Grant & Eisenhofer P.A. (G&E) as a director in the firm’s New York office. Prior to joining G&E, Haazen was counsel at a national law firm, where he represented major corporations and individuals in high-profile government investigation, RICO, and securities matters.
Haazen has extensive experience representing foreign and domestic plaintiffs in a range of antitrust and fraud actions, including monopolization, price fixing, and consumer fraud matters. He currently teaches comparative civil procedure and cross-border litigation at Leiden University in the Netherlands, and previously taught at Harvard, Stanford, and Oxford.
