Law firms are expanding capabilities in workplace safety, public policy, and antitrust enforcement through strategic lateral additions across key U.S. offices.

Jackson Lewis P.C. The firm added Brad M. Kushner as a principal in Philadelphia, strengthening its workplace safety and health practice. Kushner brings more than 15 years of experience advising and defending employers on OSHA compliance, workplace investigations, and employment litigation, including matters involving wage and hour claims and discrimination laws, enhancing the firm’s ability to address regulatory and compliance risks facing healthcare and other employers.

K&L Gates LLP. The firm enhanced its public policy and law practice with the addition of government affairs advisor Emily Lavery in Washington, D.C. Lavery, a former Senate policy advisor and tax policy leader, brings experience advising on federal legislative and regulatory matters, including tax, trade, and economic policy, which positions the firm to guide clients navigating complex policy developments affecting regulated industries such as healthcare and life sciences.

Jackson Lewis P.C. The firm expanded its Los Angeles office with the addition of principals Jennifer Jambor-Delgado, Leslie H. Joyner, and Alexander K. Spellman. King & Spalding LLP. The firm added Ryan Tansey, former chief of the DOJ Antitrust Division’s Washington Criminal Section, as a partner in New York. Tansey brings extensive experience leading criminal antitrust investigations across industries, including pharmaceuticals, and will advise clients on civil and criminal antitrust matters and related litigation, strengthening the firm’s capacity to address heightened enforcement in life sciences markets.
