    Seasoned intellectual property litigator and appellate advocate, Jason F. Hoffman, has joined BakerHostetler as a partner in the firm’s Washington, D.C. office. Hoffman joins from Fisch Hoffman Sigler, an IP boutique law firm that he cofounded in 2012.

    Hoffman focuses his practice on advising clients with regard to complex technologies, patents, and post-grant proceedings. He has litigated various patent cases, and regularly negotiates and drafts IP-related agreements. Hoffman received his undergraduate degree from Brandeis University, and his law degree from the University of Pennsylvania.
