International law firm Arnold & Porter LLP has added global compliance attorney Stephen Martin as a partner in the firm’s White Collar Defense and Litigation practices. He will be based in the firm’s Denver office, the firm announced.

Martin concentrates his practice on global compliance matters, risk assessment and management, and advising companies in matters concerning corporate internal and governmental investigations. In particular, he counsels clients on developing, implementing, and enhancing corporate compliance and ethics programs to address a wide range of potential risks involving antitrust, privacy, cyber-security, data protection, anti-corruption/anti-bribery, information management, Dodd-Frank Act, environmental, and corporate social responsibility.
