Fastow and Plunkett will be members of Ballard Spahr’s Litigation Department and the firm’s Antitrust and Consumer Financial Services practice groups.
Fastow and Plunkett have litigated a wide range of antitrust claims, and helped clients navigate issues related to antitrust compliance and business planning. They have successfully represented corporate plaintiffs and defendants in courts throughout the country.

Both attorneys have significant trial experience, as well as experience with governmental investigations and international arbitration.
“Ballard Spahr has made a strategic commitment to growing its antitrust litigation group with top people who complement our existing team,” said John B. Langel, Chair of the firm’s Litigation Department. “Antitrust litigation is an area of strength for us. The addition of Jay and Denise will make a standout team even stronger.”
