Antitrust Law Daily Wrap Up, LAW FIRM NEWS: Antitrust attorneys Helene Jaffe, Alan Kusinitz join Brown Rudnick, (May 6, 2015)

Global law firm Brown Rudnick LLP has added Helene D. Jaffe and Alan R. Kusinitz to the firm’s New York office as partners. They join from Proskauer Rose, where Jaffe was head of the Antitrust Practice Group.

Jaffe focuses her practice on the counseling, litigation, and transactional aspects of antitrust law, with a particular emphasis on distribution, joint ventures, mergers & acquisitions, and single firm conduct matters. Similarly, Kusinitz concentrates his practice on complex litigation, including antitrust and trade regulation issues. He also counsels clients on government investigations, joint ventures and strategic alliances, mergers and acquisitions, and unfair competition issues.
