A snapshot of the week’s IPO activity, including completed deals, new preliminary filings and IPO withdrawals.

The number of completed IPOs last week fell to just two, but better days may be coming as the number of new registrants jumped to 14 after four in the prior week. It was the first time the number of preliminary filers reached double digits since the middle of February. The week’s two deals were completed by blank checks ACP Holdings Acquisition and Apogee Acquisition. Apogee’s offering was the first completed lead manager assignment this year for ARC Group Securities. ACP’s sole underwriter Roth Capital has priced three IPOs so far in 2026.

New registrants. The week’s activity included 14 new registrations, including one by B2B live events coordinator Encore. BofA Securities, Goldman Sachs, and Morgan Stanley will be the joint lead bookrunners for the planned offering. Blackstone-controlled Encore provides technology, production, trade show, and exhibition services across more than 2,000 venues worldwide. The company reported revenues of $3.4 billion for 2025. Only nine new issuers since 2025 have posted more revenue in their most recent fiscal year before going public. Blackstone Digital Infrastructure Trust also registered, and hired Goldman Sachs, Citigroup, and Morgan Stanley to lead the deal. The company intends to invest in newly-constructed data center properties leased to investment-grade hyperscale tenants on long-term contracts. Blackstone expects that eligible investors who purchase at least 100 shares will receive an additional one percent of their investment amount in bonus shares. SIC Code 2834 (Pharmaceutical Preparations) saw preliminary filings by Boston-headquartered Avalyn Pharma and Seaport Therapeutics. Avalyn develops inhaled formulations of approved oral medicines, while Seaport makes treatments for neuropsychiatric disorders. Goldman Sachs, the lead underwriter for Seaport Therapeutics, also was enlisted by new filers HawkEye 360 and Hemab Therapeutics Holdings. Hawkeye operates over 30 satellites with additional clusters in developments to provide signals intelligence to the U.S. government and its allies. Hemab, a developer of therapies for the treatment of blood coagulation disorders, is a party to a license agreement with Novo Nordisk and Genmab. Suja Life became the fourth new registrant in the food and beverage industry this year. Suja produces and distributes cold-pressed juice, functional wellness shots, and immunity sparkling beverages for wholesale and retail sales. Nuclea Energy, a Canada-based pre-revenue advanced nuclear technology company, filed plans for a $50 million IPO. The IPO proceeds will fund an 18-month development roadmap to achieve regulatory and technical milestones for a lead-cooled micro-modular reactor. Philadelphia-based Exyn Technologies publicly registered and hopes for a listing on the Nasdaq Capital Market. The company develops autonomy software allowing aerial and ground robots to navigate without human control, prior maps, or external infrastructure. New filer Capstone 72 could become the eleventh new issuer in the real estate industry since 2023. The company is a vertically integrated real estate investment platform specializing primarily in the acquisition, renovation, and sale of single-family homes. C2 Capital Group, the operator of a live streaming social commerce platform since August 2024, will seek to list on the NYSE American market. The platform’s gamified system combines animation, sound, and storytelling, and allows C2 to generate revenue by users redeeming prepaid virtual coins for virtual gifts. C2 posted a net loss of $2.2 million in the last fiscal year, and its auditor has expressed doubt about C2’s viability as a going concern. Blank checks Alpex Acquisition, Irenic Acquisition, and RRE Ventures Acquisition also registered last week. Irenic will focus on targets in aerospace, defense, and broader industrial sectors. RRE Ventures intends to search for a partner in the technology, defense, robotics, quantum computing, professional sports, AI, energy, and power industries.

Withdrawals. No companies opted to withdraw their pending IPO registration statements last week.

The information reported in IPO Tracker is gathered using IPO Vital Signs, a Wolters Kluwer Regulatory U.S. database that includes all SEC registered IPOs, including REITs and those non-U.S. IPO filers seeking to list in the U.S. markets. IPO Vital Signs does not track closed-end funds, best efforts or non-underwritten deals, or IPO offerings for amounts less than $5 million.
