Dominari Securities led the offering in which the maker of solar-powered autonomous robotic mowers raised $15.5 million. Vogenx also began public trading, becoming the fifth pharmaceutical preparations (SIC 2834) company to complete an IPO since July 30th. 2017 was the last time that a North Carolina-based SIC 2834 company went public in the U.S. Cantor Fitzgerald served as lead underwriter for newly public companies LONDIAN WASON NEW ENERGY TECH and Thunder Bridge Capital Partners V. New registrants. The week’s activity included four new registrations, one of which was filed by Hong Kong-based Fitness Fanatics the day after it withdrew its previous IPO filing. The company retained Craft Capital as first lead manager for the planned offering. Fitness Fanatics carries out its operations through subsidiaries based in Hong Kong, Mainland China, and Malaysia. Singapore, which has seen one IPO in 2026 after 31 last year, is home to new public filer BANG MAI FANG HOLDINGS. The company offers a platform and services to facilitate the sale of second-hand homes. BANG MAI’s founder and chairman will retain voting control over the company’s shares after the IPO. GigCapital10 and Gores Holdings XII added their names to the list of 2026 blank check preliminary registrants. GigCapital10 will target the aerospace and defense, technology, media, and telecom industries, including secured communications and alternative energy businesses. Gores XII will focus on the industrials, technology, telecom, media and entertainment, business services, healthcare, and consumer products sectors.
Withdrawals. The week’s only Form RW was filed by Fitness Fanatics. The August 2025 initial registration was declared effective last September, but no securities were sold.
