    Sussman has over 40 years of experience in business litigation, with a focus on franchise and business transaction litigation. He has represented clients in the retail, food, and convenience franchise industries, among others. Sussman came to Duane Morris from Lebensfeld Borker Sussman & Sharon, LLP.

    Sussman received his J.D. from Columbia University School of Law in 1970 and his B.A. from Rutgers University in 1966.
