Authorities in Georgia recently issued an Order establishing new reporting obligations in respect of international controlled transactions.

The obligations were included in Order No. 52 of February 24, 2026, where international controlled transactions in the previous year exceeded GEL500,000 (USD183,600).

Taxpayers filing monthly returns should complete Annex 4 to the declaration alongside the return for March in respect of the prior year. Taxpayers filing only annual returns should instead complete Annex M to the annual return.

Taxpayers will be required to report information about the nature of these transactions, the volume and value of such, any outstanding debt in relation to the transactions, whether transfer pricing documentation has been prepared, and information about the counterparty.

The new reporting obligations apply in relation to the 2025 financial year, with the first filings expected in April 2026.
