According to Ohio online records, the physician’s Ohio medical license remains suspended.

On April 30, 2024, the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) issued an Order to Show Cause (OSC) to Jennifer Marie Lager Fermon, D.O., of Mason, Ohio. The OSC proposed the revocation of the physician’s Certificate of Registration No. BL7988960, alleging that the registrant’s registration should be revoked because the registrant is “currently without authority to prescribe, administer, dispense, or otherwise handle controlled substances in the State of Ohio, the state in which [she is] registered with DEA.” The OSC notified the physician of her right to file a written request for hearing. The registrant did not request a hearing and was deemed in default. The DEA then filed a request for final agency action (Notice, 90 Fed. Reg. 14481 (Apr. 2, 2025)).

    Dates. April 2, 2025.
