Consumers will be offered either a $500 refund check or reimbursement for the original purchase amount with proof of receipt.

Conair LLC is recalling about 12,660 Cuisinart Propel+ Four Burner 3-in-1 Gas Grills because the tempered glass window in the pizza oven can shatter during use, posing a serious laceration hazard. The recall also affects about 83 units sold in Canada (CPSC Recall Notice, No. 26-605 (July 9, 2026)).

Incidents and injuries. The company has received 37 reports of the glass shattering during use. One fire was reported, but no injuries have been reported.

Product description. The recall covers stainless-steel Cuisinart Propel+ Four Burner 3-in-1 Gas Grills, model number CGG-6331. The grills feature a griddle, a stovetop burner, and a pizza oven with tempered glass mounted on top of the grill lid. The model number can be found on a label located inside the grill's right-hand metal door, along with the serial number. The products were manufactured in China.

The grills were sold at Lowe's and Walmart stores, as well as online at Cuisinart.com, from December 2024 through May 2026. The products retailed for between $500 and $750.

Remedy. Consumers are instructed to stop using the recalled grills immediately and visit Conair's recall website to determine whether their unit is included in the recall. If the grill is affected, consumers should follow instructions to safely remove the tempered glass window from the pizza oven. Consumers should upload two photographs to the company's website: one showing the removed glass and another showing the grill's serial number.

Upon verification, consumers will receive either a $500 refund by check or reimbursement for the original purchase price if they provide proof of purchase. Once the refund is received, consumers should write the word "Recall" on the tempered glass with a black permanent marker and dispose of the glass.

Customer contact. For more information, customers may contact Conair toll-free at 833-408-0463 from 8:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. ET Monday through Friday; or online at https://www.recallrtr.com/3in1grill or www.cuisinart.com and click on “Product Recalls” at the bottom of the page.
