CPSC is aware of one child who was hospitalized after swallowing the magnets inside a PIXLABBY fidget slider.

More than 3,000 magnetic fidget sliders sold on Amazon are being recalled because they can release loose high-powered magnets that pose an ingestion hazard to children, creating a risk of serious injury or death. The recalls cover about 860 PIXLABBY Silicone Sensory Magnetic Fidget Sliders and about 2,186 BUSOHA Magnetic Fidget Slider Toys. Swallowed magnets can attract each other or metal objects inside the body, causing intestinal perforations, twisting, or blockage, blood poisoning, and death.

Incidents and injuries. The Consumer Product Safety Commission and PIXLABBY reported one incident involving a child who removed the silicone casing, accessed the two magnets inside the fidget slider, and swallowed them. The child was hospitalized. No incidents or injuries have been reported in connection with the BUSOHA magnetic fidget slider toys.

Product description. The PIXLABBY recall involves six-piece silicone magnetic fidget slider sets sold in various two-tone color combinations, including yellow/red, pink/yellow, orange/purple, blue/orange, green/blue, and red/green, with different silicone textures on each side and a clicking sound when slid (CPSC Recall Notice, No. 26-667 (Aug. 6, 2026)).

The BUSOHA recall involves six-pack magnetic fidget slider toys featuring two-toned silicone casings in blue paired with gray, black, purple, dark blue, white, or green and different textures on each color (CPSC Recall Notice, No. 26-664 (Aug. 6, 2026)).

Both products were sold online at Amazon.com. PIXLABBY sliders were sold from October 2025 through May 2026 for about $10, while BUSOHA sliders were sold from December 2025 through May 2026 for about $7. Both products were manufactured in China and imported by companies based in China.

Remedy. Consumers should immediately take the recalled fidget sliders away from children, stop using them, and contact the applicable company for a full refund. To receive a refund, consumers will be asked to dispose of the products and submit a photograph showing the discarded toys. PIXLABBY and BUSOHA are offering full refunds to affected purchasers.

Customer contact. Consumers can contact PIXLABBY by email at [email protected]. BUSOHA can be reached by email at [email protected].
